House Rules

At Good Days, we aim to provide you with the highest quality of service. In order for us to do so, we kindly ask you to read our house rules that are set in place to ensure your

happiness, safety, and comfort.

1. Please note that your stay at Good Days does not include beach access.

2. Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability with extra fees.

3. Good Days guests cannot hand over a unit to another person, even if the period of the stay is yet to expire.

4. Smoking inside the room and closed areas is strictly prohibited.

5. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

6. Good Days does not serve alcohol.

7. Quiet hours start past 2:00. Guests should adhere to quiet, avoiding loud noises to respect other residents.

8. The guest should notify Good Days’ front desk immediately upon noticing any damage.

9. Good Days shall be entitled to claim compensation from the guest for any damage incurred.

10. Conduct of guests and persons using services of Good Days should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. Good Days may refuse to render services to a person violating the previous rule.

11. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the rooms.

12. Visiting hours end at 00:00. Visitors I.D. copy is a must.

13. Weaponry, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are forbidden.

14. Free parking is provided.

15. Guests should ensure their room is locked and their valuables placed inside the safe box. All items left

unattended and not in the safe box, Good Days will not bare any responsibility for lose or damage of items.

16. Items left with Good Days will be disposed of within 1 months of the date of deposit.

17. Moving of equipment, furniture, or fixtures inside the unit without Good Days permission is not permitted.

18. Distribution of advertisements OR promotional materials without Good Days permission is not permitted.

19. Parties or unauthorized events are not permitted.

20. In case the guest wishes to extend their stay, the front desk should be notified at least 24 hours in advance,

and extension is subject to availability and published rates.

21. Good Days may refuse to store luggage at times other than during the guest’s stay at Good Days.

22. Rooms are provided with do not disturb signs for the guest’s privacy.

23. All couples staying at Good Days must present an official marriage certificate. Failure to provide the required documentation will lead to cancellation.
